ENCOURAGEMENT
There is a lot that students go through when they are homeschooled or participate in alternative education methods. What is often needed is encouragement. Sometimes, students can feel isolated, uneducated, resentful, or simply feel different from other students attending a physical school. But, the beauty of alternative education is using the time as it benefits everyone the most. Even with this more flexible schedule, students need encouragement in what they are studying, their identity, and their efforts. As educators, we must keep an encouraging tongue towards the students we are privileged to teach.
