JOY

Joy is a chosen gift. Oftentimes, we desire happiness, and it becomes something very fleeting. Our circumstances or place in life cause us to fluctuate in that desired happiness. While happiness is not wrong, we must aim for joy above all. The joy of our salvation allows us to rejoice in all circumstances and believe in God's goodness. As we serve the children in our homes and see the blessing of being a part of every student's lives, let us remain joyful at the privilege to raise the future generation in the ways of the Lord. This time with these precious souls is not wasted,
but another source of sheer joy.
