HOPE

We all need hope. Hope is believing in what we cannot see, and that often comes through others helping us see. Tutees need hope. Tutors are most effective when they encourage those they are helping. The challenge is getting past the misconceptions and limitations that can be engrained. But if we want to see a lasting change, tutees must be given hope in their learning path. We must never stifle a learner with discouragement and impatience. As an educator, we must inspire, encourage, and motivate the hope in learning.
